Withdrawals

Making a withdrawal at PlayMillion is fast and easy. Once you request to withdraw your funds, they will be pending for 24 hours. During this time you can cancel the withdrawal if you want, and the money will be credited to your player account. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.

There are different withdrawal methods available at PlayMillion you can choose from, and they are as follows:

The waiting period depends on the withdrawal method you have chosen. E-wallets offer the fastest withdrawal time where you can have your money transferred instantly. If you want your money fast, then we advise you to use Neteller, Skrill or PayPal.

When you request a withdrawal using your Visa card then it will take between 3 and 4 days for the money to reach your account. For wire transfer withdrawals it may take from 4 to 5 days. Unfortunately, you can't make a withdrawal using your Mastercard though.

In general, you need to use the same payment method for withdrawals as the one you used for deposits. If your preferred method is not available then you can choose an alternative method.

When you request a withdrawal for the first time you need to verify your identity with the casino. This is a crucial security measure that you simply can't skip. For that reason, it may take a little longer to make the first withdrawal but the next one will be much faster.

Withdrawal Bonus

When you want to make a withdrawal you need to head to the Cashier. Click on Bonus under the Members Area and you can find all the bonus details under My Unclaimed Bonuses. Click on Claim and the bonus will be added automatically to your account balance.

The minimum withdrawal amount for this bonus is $50. There are no fees involved but it may take a couple of days for the withdrawal to be processed. Each withdrawal request is submitted from the cashier page in your account menu.

Before your withdrawal request could be processed the casino will need one or more of your documents. We advise you to provide the casino with correct documents to avoid any delays. You can achieve this in a couple of simple steps.

You need to send a proof of identity and you can do that with one of the following documents

  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • ID Card (Government Issued)

You will need to send proof of address. These are the documents that the casino will accept:

  • Utility Bill (Gas, Water, Electric)
  • Bank Statement

When you choose to deposit with a credit card you will need to send a copy of the card that you used to deposit funds to your account. If you continue to use the same card again, then you will have to go through this process only once. You have to send a copy of the front and the back of the credit card.

The copy needs to be in color and only the last 4 digits of the card number should be visible. For your peace of mind, we advise you to cover the 8 middle digits.

All documents can be uploaded via the cashier, and the casino will check documents in less than 12 hours. Sometimes this can take longer, but only if extra verification is needed. Usually, additional document uploads are required if you have used a new credit card or you have changed any of your personal information.

Currencies

When you register for an account at PlayMillion the casino assigns the most logical currency according to your location. If you deposit with a different currency than the one that the casino will assign to you, then your account currency will be updated to that one. These are the following currencies that are available at PlayMillion: GBP, EUR, CHF, USD, AUD, CAD, DKK, SEK, NOK, ZAR and RUB.
