Japanese-based i-BANQ is one of over forty companies owned by the electronic giant Rakuten. It is an online international e-commerce payment and funds transfer service that can be used to make deposits at many online casinos.
i-BANQ is currently only available in Japan and only to those who have a Japanese bank account; other payment methods such as e-wallets and credit or debit cards are not supported. When a casino player registers with i-BANQ, they must link one bank account to their i-BANQ account.
